Above all, my love of flowers and the setting. When I discovered this institution in late 2022, I was fascinated by its unique aura, a symbol of French-style luxury. Its history, architecture and refined atmosphere made me want to create compositions magnifying each moment lived within its walls. My goal is to serve this living legend by adding an extra touch of soul which further exalts its graciousness.
Intuition! By their very nature, flowers are sublime, and my role is to present them beautifully so that, in turn, they reveal all the splendour of the Carlton Cannes. Each creation is designed in harmony with the Palace's plush atmosphere. The aim is to create an emotional signature filling you with wonder, souvenirs. I would also say that this institution reflects the identity of the Côte d’Azur, a region bathed in extraordinary light.
My instinct leads me to observe the seasons, towards sweet peas and peonies in spring, anemones in winter. I like to revive varieties that are sometimes forgotten, such as gladioli, by reinserting them in modern compositions. With my love for the Earth, I prioritize the short circuit whenever possible, as for huge tulips from Le Var. This approach ensures freshness and quality while supporting local producers.
As far back as I can recall, I have always seen flowers as a precious gift from nature. Well before embarking on this adventure, I worked in the fashion industry, a field in which I missed creative freedom. This led me to open my first flower shop in 2003, near Rue Montorgueil in Paris. It was like a fresh start! For the first time, I felt happy and fulfilled.
It all happened very naturally from the day I left my card with the Management of a Parisian palace to wedding arrangements all around the world. Chance inevitably played its part, though my devotion, too. Each morning is a blank canvas, a unique opportunity to create, to explore new palettes of colours and forms.
