Its colossal renovation mobilized 450 firms, mostly local, and many social integration workers, all trades combined. Its extent and demands have spotlighted and preserved crafts at risk. Each employee, worker and craftsman, some also working on restoration of the Château de Versailles, was honoured to contribute to this vast renovation, the result of record hotel investment in Europe, huge in terms of economic benefits, and confirming its owners’ confidence in the future of Cannes.
